VINH LOC INDUSTRIAL ZONE POWER JOINT STOCK COMPANY
Vinh Loc Industrial Zone Power Joint Stock Company was established in 2019, is the investor of the 110kV substation of Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Zone, energized and operated in October 2020.
SCALE
- Management and operation of 110kV substation (Phase 1: 1 x 63MVA, 110/22kV).
- Management and operation of 33,298 km of 22kV medium voltage transmission line throughout Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Zone.
- Signed a power purchase contract with all electricity customers in Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Zone
LEADGROUP RESIDENTIAL LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
Vinh Loc 2 Residential and Resettlement Area is currently Leadgroup Residential and Resettlement Area with a total planning area of 33.6 ha. Currently, the entire project has completed the site clearance compensation and was granted a Land Use Right Certificate (LURC) by the State.
The construction investment has completed the entire infrastructure of Zone I with an area of 7.2 hectares to divide the lot and assign the foundation to the households receiving the resettlement foundation.
The resettlement arrangement for households affected by 2 projects of Industrial Zone and Residential Area has reached 100% so far.
