Currently, the entire Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Park has completed the work of compensation and site clearance, has been allocated land by the State and granted a Land Use Right Certificate for the entire project.

The Investor has paid to the State the entire land use tax once for 50 years of land lease and is ready to separate and transfer the Land Use Right Certificate to the Investor when the Investor pays 100% of the land rent.
